2:00 P.M. - Registration and Check-in

Our registration desk will be open from 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M in the lobby

(Please have your pledge sheets and pledges organized in order for a quicker registration process.  Pledges will be counted at registration. If you are not raising pledges or were unable to meet your pledge requirements, please have ready cash, cheque or visa to to pay for your regisration fees

 

2:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.  - The Pink Market will be open  A small market of items you can purhcase in support of the cause. Come browse the market and mingle with other riders!

 

 

8:00 P.M. - Meet'n'Greet (location to be announced)

Let's get this party started! Join our MC and other riders for a welcoming evening of fun!  Reminisce with old friends and make some new ones as we kick off the 10th anniversary with relaxing fun!  A casual fun evening with munchies and a cash bar.  Prizes and give-aways throughout the evening.  Come meet your team leaders and sweeps.  This evening is open to participants only.

Decorated Bra Contest will take place again this year!  We saw some very creative entries last year - your only limitation is your imagination. Great prizes to be won. Winner will be announced on Friday night!

7:00 A.M. - Breakfast

8:30 A.M. - All sleds participating in the Sled Decorating contest must be ready for viewing as the secret judging panel will be floating around.  Don't miss your chance to win a Choko Ladies Snow Run Jacket and Woody's pink traction & control package!!  All riders must be in the staging area and ready to start.  Please ensure that you have checked all your fluids in your machine and are topped up with fuel - ready to go!

9:00 A.M. - Opening ceremonies and ride starts!

12:30 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. - Teams arrive at lunch destination for a quick break and rest before hitting the trails back to the resort.

3:30 - 4:30 P.M. - Teams arrive at staggered intervels back at the Resort. 

6:00 P.M. - Cocktails  (The Penninsula Ballroom)

7:00 P.M. Banquet Dinner and Awards (The Penninsula Ballroom)  Dinner kindly sponsored by Royal Distributing.

Enjoy an evening of fun, speeches, awards, great food, raffles, give-a-ways, live and silent auctions.  Our Mistress of Ceremonies, breast cancer survivor from "Canada AM", Bev Thompson who will take us through this special evening.  Special thanks to our dinner sponsor - Royal Distributing.
