2:00 P.M. - Registration and Check-in (Lobby)
(Our registration desk will be open from 2:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M)
(Please have your pledge sheets and pledges organized in order for a quicker registration process. Pledges will be counted at registration. If you are not raising pledges or were unable to meet your pledge requirements, please have ready cash, cheque or visa to pay for your registration fees
2:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. - The Pink Market full of items you can purchase in support of
the cause. Come browse the market and mingle with other riders! (Algonquin Room)
8:00 P.M. - Meet'n'Greet (The Highland Ballroom)
We are going to get the party started! Join our MC, Carey Moran from Kicx 106 FM, and other
riders for a welcoming evening of fun! Reminisce with old friends and make some new ones as we kick off the 11th annual event with relaxation and fun! A casual fun evening with munchies and a cash bar. Prizes and give-aways throughout the evening. Come meet your team leaders and sweeps, and other riders on your team!. This evening is open to participants only. Decorated Bra Contest will take place again this year! We saw some very creative entries last year – You are only limited to your imagination! Winner will be announced on Friday night!

7:00 A.M. – Breakfast (The Birches Dinning Room)
8:10 A.M. - All sleds participating in the Decorated Sled contest must be ready for viewing as the secret judging panel will be floating around. Don't miss your chance to win a special prize to be announced! All riders must be in the staging area and ready to start. Please ensure that you have checked all your fluids in your machine and are topped up with fuel - ready to go!
9:00 A.M. - Opening ceremonies and ride starts! (Staging area – tennis courts)
12:30 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. - Teams arrive at lunch destination for a quick break and rest
before hitting the trails back to the resort.
3:30 - 4:30 P.M. - Teams arrive at staggered intervals back at the Resort.
6:30 P.M. - Cocktails (The Birches Bar)
(This is also a great time to check out the great silent auction items that will be located in the lobby)
7:00 P.M. Banquet Dinner and Awards (The Birches Dining Room). Dress however you
would like, comfortable, casual or whatever you feel for! Dinner kindly sponsored by Royal
Distributing.
Enjoy an evening of fun, speeches, awards, great food, raffles, give-a-ways, live and silent auctions. Our Mistress of Ceremonies, breast cancer survivor from "Canada AM", Bev Thompson who will take us through this special evening. Special thanks to our dinner sponsor - Royal Distributing.
10:30 P.M - For those of us still revving to go, please stay at enjoy an evening of dancing and fun at the Birches Bar. Give us a few minutes to get some of the tables out of the way and get ready to dance!!
